Identification and contact data (name, email, phone), shipping address, order details and, where applicable, the details of any sell proposals you send us. Card payments are processed by Stripe; ForWe does not store your full card details.
To manage orders, shipping, returns and customer support (performance of the contract, art. 6.1.b GDPR); to meet legal and tax obligations (art. 6.1.c); and, only with your consent, to send you news and offers (consent, art. 6.1.a), which you may withdraw at any time.
We share data only with providers acting as processors: payment gateway (Stripe), hosting and database (Google Firebase), the courier for delivery and, where applicable, an email provider. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. Some providers may carry out international transfers under appropriate safeguards.
We keep data while a contractual relationship exists and thereafter for the legally required periods (e.g. tax and commercial). Marketing data is kept until you withdraw consent.
You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability rights, and withdraw consent, by emailing forwe@outlook.es with proof of identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
