These terms govern the sale of products on ForWe between the site owner and the user (consumer). By placing an order, the user confirms they are of legal age and accept these terms.
Products are second-hand, unique items with a single unit available. Photos and descriptions (condition, brand, size and measurements) aim to faithfully reflect the item; signs of wear typical of a second-hand product may be present.
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes. As these are used goods, the special scheme for second-hand goods (REBU) may apply. Shipping costs are shown before completing the purchase.
The user adds items to the cart and completes payment. The contract is formed when we send the order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline an order in justified cases (e.g. an obvious pricing error or lack of availability).
Payment is made securely via Stripe (card and, where available, other methods). ForWe does not store your card details.
If you propose selling your garments via the “Sell with ForWe” form, we reserve the right of selection. Acceptance and pricing are agreed individually by email.
The right of withdrawal and the guarantees described in “Shipping & returns” and in applicable consumer law apply.
